We are pleased to be members of the Erie Federal Credit Union, Merchant Indirect Lending Program. This gives our clients a financial option for pet care. Simply fill out the application, we will fax it to Erie Federal Credit Union. Once approved you go to Erie Federal Credit Union and complete the paperwork and bring the check back to Wintergreen Animal Hospital.
